A beautiful country with a rich cultural history and, unfortunately, a difficult past. I have seen few places that are at such a crossroads, between the roots of their past and the wounds of recent times and many prospects for the future.

Even though this photo simply shows the sea, it reminds me of the many beaches and the borders associated with them. If you look at the sea, you look into the distance. And also into a possible future, to places you have not yet discovered. And behind you lies the whole country with its traces and history.

The desert is also a border. Although it is a land area, it is not passable for most people. It separates cities, countries and people. But the people who live there have adapted to the desert. What seems threatening to me is a backyard for other people. Not a dry, empty place, but the native nature.
